Title
Approving a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Travis County regarding the placement of a pipe encasement for the City’s Secondary Colorado River Raw Water Line along Wells Branch Parkway.

Summary
This resolution is requested to approve an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement (ILA) with Travis County regarding the placement of a pipe encasement for the City’s Secondary Colorado River Raw Water Line along Wells Branch Parkway.

The City of Pflugerville (City) and Travis County (County) desire to continue to cooperatively construct Travis County’s Wells Branch Parkway Improvements Project and the City of Pflugerville’s Secondary River Raw Water Line Project. The project will include relocation of the existing 30-inch City of Pflugerville Raw Waterline which will be funded by Travis County. The City of Pflugerville funded construction includes a new 30-Inch gate valve and 431 linear feet of new 66-inch steel encasement installed by open trench method.

As set forth in Exhibit B, the there is a nominal project integration cost amount for the Secondary Colorado River Raw Water Line encasement to the project estimated to be $2,860.00. The County’s cost estimate for construction costs of the Raw Water encasement Project is $897,574.00, including $134,636....
