Title

Approving an extension of the required 60-day public hearing period required by Subchapter 3.4 for a proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendment known as the NewGrowth Comprehensive Plan Amendment (2022-2-CPA) for property located at the northeast corner of Immanuel Rd and Wells Branch Pkwy. 

 

Summary

The applicant is requesting that their proposed Future Land Use Map (FLUM) amendment request be postponed to the October 10, 2023 agenda. Subchapter 3.4, Procedures, of the Unified Development Code requires that action be taken within 60 days of the public hearing at the Planning & Zoning Commission, which was held July 17, 2023.

 

The proposed amendment is to request a Future Land Use Map amendment for an approximately 19.8 acre parcel from Neighborhood Retail/Office/Commercial to Mixed-Density Neighborhood.
