Summary
This work session will be a presentation from Freese & Nichols regarding the Unified Development Code amendments. The City of Pflugerville is entering the final phase of its comprehensive Unified Development Code (UDC)
update. Since the City Council work session in November 2025, the project team has worked through four drafting modules covering the full UDC, incorporating input from City staff, the UDC Advisory Committee, City Council, and the first round of virtual public engagement. With a complete working draft now assembled, the project is transitioning from Phase 2: UDC Module Drafting into Phase 3: Public Review, Refinement, and Adoption.
This item supports the Economic & Business Development, Residential & Node Development, Community Social Fabric & Neighborhood Character, and Mobility Infrastructure & Connectivity goals of the City's Strategic Action Plan.
