Discuss and consider action to approve the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC) Acceptance of Bid Proposal for Phase 2 Construction in 130 Commerce Center.
Summary
PCDC is building the spine road named Impact Way, and associated sidewalks, water, sewer and dry utilities for the 130 Commerce Center aka Pflugerville Renewable Energy Park. The infrastructure construction plans were approved by the City's Engineering Department on November 13, 2013. Information on the bid process for this project is attached to this agenda item.
Prior City Council Action
City Council has approved the construction of Helios Way and wet and dry utilities within the 130 Commerce Center and accepted those public improvements. City Council accepted the dedication of Sun Light Near Way from PCDC to the City as a public street.
The City Council tabled this item at their meeting on August 27, 2013.

Fiscal Impact
There is no fiscal impact to the City. Although the certificates of obligation to fund the estimated $5,000,000 of improvements will be issued by the city, there is a reimbursement and refund agreement on this agenda which specifies PCDC's responsibility to pay the amount of the debt service to the City of Pflugerville.
