Title
Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Warranty Deed accepting the conveyance of real property to the City of Pflugerville, to be dedicated as public parkland, legally described as Lot 24, Block 6 and Lot 23, Block 7, Stone Hill Town Center, Section 2, Phase 1, Amending Plat No. 1.
 
Summary
Per the Unified Development Code, public parkland is required to be conveyed by a warranty deed to the City of Pflugerville with acceptable evidence of clear title.   The subject lots satisfy the public parkland requirement for the apartment complex, the Mansions at Stone Hill, as referenced on the associated final plat. No improvements are planned by the current property owner in conjunction with the subject lots.  The lots are included in the Pflugerville Trails Master Plan and Park Development Plans project currently underway and projected for completion this fall.
 
A total of 11.3 acres is being dedicated in which Lot 23 is 9.5 acres, and Lot 24 is 1.8 acres. Lot 24 is dominated by a drainage channel.

Fiscal Impact
The City will be responsible for operations and maintenance for the dedicated parkland.
