Summary
The limited public utility easement is needed for the installation of public power necessary for two townhomes that abut a city park in the Penley Park phase 3 subdivision on Lot 22, Block B of the plat of the Penley Park phase 3 subdivision located south of the intersection of Gattis School Road and Links Lane. Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County. The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
