Summary
Section 395.058 of Texas Local Government Code requires that the advisory committee appointed for the Capital Improvements Program file a semiannual report with respect to progress of the capital improvements plan and files that report with City Council.
This item is included on the agenda to provide a presentation of the report and to allow for discussion about projects and their status in the City's Capital Improvements Program.
