Summary
The City of Pflugerville Parks and Recreation Department (PARD) and Williamson County YMCA (YMCA) have reached a tentative agreement regarding YMCA's rental of PARD facilities for the YMCA Summer Day Camps for the summer of 2014. This agreement is identical to the agreement that was approved during the summers of 2012 and 2013. The YMCA has accepted the offer of utilizing only the Windermere Club House (WCH) from Monday, June 9 - Friday, August 22, 2014 (54 days) for their Summer Day Camp. The agreed upon fee is based on a flat rate of $100/day for use of the WCH and $1 fee per pool entry. An upfront payment of $5,400 would be made to the City from the YMCA to secure the WCH location and pool entry fees will be invoiced weekly.
The Parks & Recreation Commission recommended approval of the agreement at its March 20, 2014 regular meeting.

Fiscal Impact
General Fund revenue of $5,400 for the rental payments and a projected $2,700 for the pool access.
Staff Recommendation
City Staff recommends entering into the agreement with the Williamson County YMCA to rent the Windermere Club House for a Summer Day Camp for 2014.
