Summary
This agreement is between Lil Mama's and (PCDC) and requires the consent of the City Council to move forward pursuant to Section 501.073 of the Local Government Code. Per the agreement, PCDC will grant $10,000 for the purchase of a commercial convection oven and vent hood within 30 days of the execution of the agreement, in consideration for the following: Lil Mama's agrees that within three months of the execution of this agreement, Lil Mama's shall purchase and install a commercial convection oven and vent hood in Pflugerville, Texas; maintain its operations in the City of Pflugerville for at least 3 years beginning February 1, 2013; and, the commercial kitchen shall comply with all applicable City Codes and Regulations.
The proposed location is at the northeast corner of E. Pecan Street and Railroad Avenue, or more specifically, 200 E. Pecan Street #6 in Pflugerville.
Status
The Pflugerville Community Development Corporation Board approved the agreement on December 5, 2012.
