Summary
Work Authorization No. 2020-1 covers work completed but not billed from October 25, 2019 to February 29, 2020. DCS received verbal approval to address compliance issues at the Water Plant and has worked continuously under urgent conditions to resolve issues as detailed in the attachments. This encompasses meeting directives of the TCEQ for water plant rehabilitation and compliance and includes plant flows and flow projections, river intake pumping station and transmission line evaluation and recommendations, lake intake pumping station and transmission line evaluations and recommendations, assessment of Lake Pflugerville, design and recommendations on an interim sodium permanganate system, oversight of membrane evaluation and repairs, assessment of pumps, motors, air compression, chemical systems, SCADA modifications, developing Standard Operating Procedures, and TCEQ submittals for compliance and for project approvals.
