The City's authorized representatives for the investment pools need to be updated due to staffing changes. The City Manager recommends the additional authorized representatives with the authority to execute transactions on behalf of the City in the Lone Star Investment Pool as follows:
James Hartshorn, Deputy City Manager
Sara King, Assistant Finance Director
Melissa Moore, Finance Director and Cory Beran, Accounting Manager will continue to be authorized representatives as well. Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute documents necessary to enact this change.

On 12/08/2020 City Council authorized the approval of Melissa Moore (Neel at the time) and Cory Beran as authorized signers.
