Summary
These proposed budget amendments adjust PCDC income and expenses for the fiscal year 2016 budget. The attachments show the approved fiscal year 2016 budget, and the proposed budget after the amendments. There is also a narrative which provides additional information on the proposed amendments.
Status
On February 11, 2016, the PCDC Board approved the FY2016 Budget Amendments.
Prior City Council Action
PCDC FY2016 Budget was previously approved by the City Council in September 2015.
Fiscal Impact
After all amendments are made, regular income increases $462,263, expenses increase $223,017, and other income increases $192,219. All amendments create a net income gain of $431,465. FY16 Net Income after amendments is $1,025,645.
