Summary
A public utility easement is needed for a portion of the water utility connection and construction along a portion of New Meister Lane which is part of the North Travis County MUD 5 water distribution capital improvement project. Staff has worked directly with the landowner on coordination of the project improvements.
Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County. The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
