Summary
The Public Funds Investment Act (PFIA), as outlined in Chapter 2256 of the Texas Government Code, requires the City Council to review quarterly investment reports.
After submission of the FY26 Q1 investment report, it was discovered that one of the investments added during transition to the new software, had been left off. Attached is the revised report which includes that investment.
