The City Council held a worksession on May 4, 2016 with Mr. Joe Gonzalez of The Management Connection to develop the following elements of a draft strategic plan: vision statement, mission statement, list of community values, key focus areas, and strategic priorities. This item has been included on the worksession and regular meeting agendas to allow the City Council to review the draft of the strategic plan and provide direction for changes or further development.
