Discuss and consider action on the 2026 Water and Wastewater Impact Fees update.
Summary
This item has been included for discussion and action of the City's Water and Wastewater Land Use Assumptions, Capital Improvement Plan and Impact Fees. By State of Texas statutes impact fees should be updated at least every five years. The water and wastewater master plans were updated in 2025 and it is ideally the time to update the impact fees.
Prior City Council Action
On December 13, 2022, City Council approved ORD-0689 approving amended Impact Fees and amending Chapter 152, implementation of impact fee, of the code of ordinances for the City of Pflugerville, Texas to update the impact fees pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Chapter 395, Subchapter C; and providing an effective date.
