Authorizing the City Manager to accept a right-of-way easement and approving a resolution assigning the street name to Impact Way.
Summary
The purpose of this item is to confirm a permanent address for the Community Impact Corporate Headquarters under construction at the southwest corner of Pecan and SH 130. Construction of Impact Way will result in an address change to the development which will be completed ahead of the road. Approval of these items enables the building to utilize uniform addressing for all utility connections and use of the business.
Status
The road will be extended to the south, intersecting with Helios Drive and providing access to proposed additional lots within the subdivision. The easement documents and resolution have been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney.
Fiscal Impact
The City of Pflugerville will be responsible for the ownership and maintenance of the roadway improvements.
