Summary
The purpose of this agenda item is to seek the City Council's approval of a five-year agreement with Canon to provide multifunctional copiers throughout the city. The agreement includes nineteen total printers. Sixteen printers have been budgeted under General Fund Special Services and the remaining three have been budgeted under Utility Fund Special Services.
The monthly cost of the General Fund devices is $3,142. The monthly cost of the Utility Fund copiers is $511.
