Summary
License Agreement between the City and RPC Stone Hill Investments, LP for public parkland maintenance of approximately 8 acres in the Pfluger Farm's Apartments subdivision. The parkland contains a 10ft wide trail .54 miles long connecting to undeveloped parkland south of Stone Hill Park. The license is for mowing and maintenance of any grasses; trimming of trees; and removal, installation, and maintenance of landscaping and other related public parkland improvements located in the Pfluger Farm's parkland. The term of the agreement is three (3) years with options for the developer to renew.
The Parks and Recreation Commission approved the Pfluger Farm PUD and Parkland Dedication in December 2018.
The City Attorney has reviewed the Public Parkland Maintenance License Agreement.
