Summary
The Three Legged Goat has requested the use of parking lot at 103 N. Railroad, a property currently leased by the City for parks offices for the purposes of hosting food trucks. Following Council action on August 22, 2023, the property owner agreed to an amendment to the lease to allow food trucks on the property.
In consideration of hosting food trucks on the City leased property, staff is seeking direction from Council regarding the future of food trucks on this tract.
