Title

Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Sidewalk Easement Agreement with Eloy A. Saenz/ Platimex Inc. and the City of Pflugerville for a sidewalk associated with the El Taquito site development project generally located along  FM 685 approximately 330’ north of Dalshank Street.

Summary

A sidewalk is required along the frontage of FM 685. Since TxDOT will not permit a public sidewalk within the FM 685 right-of-way at this location, the property owner is proposing to locate the sidewalk onsite and grant a sidewalk easement agreement to satisfy the public sidewalk requirement on Lots 13 and 14, Block A of the 685 Commercial Park Subdivision. Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the agreement and subsequently record it with Travis County.

Status

The agreement has been signed and notarized by the property owner.  The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
