Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Right of Way License Agreement between the City of Pflugerville and the Penley Park Homeowners Association (HOA) applicable to all City streets and public parkland within the subdivision.
Summary
The Penley Park subdivision is along the south side of Gattis School Road between Oak Vista Drive and Links Lane. The developer will be installing landscape improvements including but not limited to plants, shrubs, trees, grasses, irrigation systems and other landscaping within portions of the City public rights of way per the recorded Final Plat Document #201400214. All maintenance of the landscape improvements will be the fiscal responsibility of Penley Park HOA.
Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the license agreement and subsequently record it with Travis County. The City Attorney has reviewed this document and approved it to form.
