Summary
For purposes of street beautification in the Falcon Pointe subdivisions, the Falcon Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc. has requested permission to install and maintain landscaping improvements within the public rights-of-way.
The authorization of this license agreement is in accordance with the following goals and action items identified in the 2030 Comprehensive Plan.
Transportation:
- Action 1.2.3: Provide unique streetscape treatments and amenities in residential development.
- Action 1.3.4: Enhance partnerships with HOAs and neighborhood associations to maximize effectiveness.
Land Use:
- Goal 7: Streetscape design will accommodate multi-modal transportation and infrastructure needs as well as the beautification of the public realm in order to consistently convey the values and identity of Pflugerville throughout the community.
