Summary
The applicant, Western Rim Investors, is proposing another phase of the Mansions at Stone Hill Apartments consisting of 414 units. Per the attached request, the applicant seeks relief from the design guidelines that require new electrical service to be located underground. Three phase service is needed to serve the proposed development, more particularly the elevators.
While the proposal is across the unimproved public right of way, the overhead lines would run along a principle property boundary between the Western Rim / New Quest / Stone Hill Town Center parcels and the underimproved property to the north.
Status
The site development plan and building permit applications are currently under review. A site disturbance permit was issued on February 26, 2015.
