Discuss and consider action to approve a Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC) Community Engagement Grant (CEG) not to exceed $300,000.00, for the purpose of reimbursing Pflugerville Area Youth Baseball and Softball (PAYBAS) for essential repairs and upgrades to improve the Pflugerville ISD youth baseball and softball fields located at 701 Immanuel Road, and authorizing the PCDC Executive Director to execute the same.

Where feasible, the goal is to install scoreboards and repair or replace broken field lights to enhance game-day experiences.
The improvements are essential to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for the hundreds of youth athletes and families in this community. Investing in these upgrades ensures the safety and functionality of the fields, fosters community pride, and encourages long-term participation in youth sports.
