Discuss and consider action to approve the appointment of Ruth Sandoval as Court Administrator.
Summary
The City Charter, Section 4.06, requires that the City Manager shall appoint the head of each administrative department, subject to the approval of the city council. Ruth comes to the City of Pflugerville with more than 17 years in municipal court experience. She not only has her Court Clerk Certification Program Level III from the Texas Municipal Court Clerks Association, but she also holds a Certified Court Manager certification from the National Center for State Courts. She has served on the Texas Municipal Court Education Center Faculty as a teacher of regional clerk seminars. We are excited to add her to our city team.
