Authorizing the City Manager to execute a license agreement granting the Falcon Pointe Homeowners Association Inc. permission to install and maintain landscaping improvements within the street rights-of-way (R-O-W) within East Pflugerville Parkway and Kelly Lane adjacent to the Falcon Pointe Subdivisions.
 
Summary
For purposes of beautification along the primary arterial streets adjacent to the Falcon Pointe Subdivisions, the Falcon Pointe Homeowners Association, Inc. has requested permission to install and maintain landscaping improvements within the public rights-of-way.
 
The authorization of this license agreement is in accordance with the following goals and action items identified in the 2030 Comprehensive Plan.
 
Transportation:
      -  Action 1.2.3: Provide unique streetscape treatments and amenities in residential development.
      -  Action 1.3.4: Enhance partnerships with HOAs and neighborhood associations to maximize effectiveness.
      
Land Use:
      - Goal 7: Streetscape design will accommodate multi-modal transportation and infrastructure needs as well as the beautification of the public realm in order to consistently convey the values and identity of Pflugerville throughout the community.
 
The City Attorney has reviewed this license agreement.
