Approving a Lease Agreement for the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC) with MRS Holdings, Inc. for the lease of office space.
Summary
The Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC) is proposing to relocate their offices to the One Thirty Commerce Center, within the Community Impact headquarters building currently under construction. The space is of consistent size with their current offices located on W. Main Street. The office will be externally accessed and share no common elements within the building with Community Impact. The term is for five years. At this time, PCDC does not anticipate renewal of the lease. The lease for the office space currently occupied by PCDC is up in August 2013, at which time the PCDC will extend the lease month to month until the new space is ready which is anticipated in the fall of 2013. The PCDC is responsible for finishing out the lease space.

The PCDC Board of Directors approved this item unanimously on May 21, 2013.
