Memorandum of Understanding between Unbound Now, the Williamson County District Attorney’s Office, the City of Pflugerville Police Department and the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Youth (“CSEY”) Care Coordination Team Partners for participation in the Williamson County Care Coordination Team.
Summary
The Williamson County Care Coordination Team was created in an effort to maintain a cooperative effort and care-coordinated approach to providing assessments of victimization and referrals for support services for victims of CSEY. The team provides collaboration across systems to connect commercially sexually exploited and at-risk youth with ongoing comprehensive and supportive resources to attain safety and to promote resilience, healing, and justice. The vision for CSEY is to ensure that commercially sexually exploited and at-risk youth are identified, protected, and supported in our community.
A new MOU is required for the new term, which runs through December 31, 2028 and will auto-renew annually thereafter.

City Council approved Pflugerville Police Department’s participation in the Williamson County CSEY MOU at their October 28, 2025 Council meeting.
