Summary
The construction of West Pflugerville Parkway is complete. As shown on Exhibit A, the Cambridge Heights Owners Association, Inc. has irrigation and landscaping improvements in the right-of-way of the road on the north side. Exhibit A shows the licensed property beginning on the west side at the Zola Lane intersection with West Pflugerville Parkway and continuing east to a point east of Marfa Lights Trail. The licensed property varies between 20 and 25 feet wide. This license agreement defines the duties and responsibilities of the City and the Association regarding those improvements. The terms and conditions of this license agreement are identical to those in previous license agreements for improvements in this area. The City Attorney has reviewed this license agreement.
