Title
Discuss and consider action to approve a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a renewal of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Public Health Services between the City of Austin and the City of Pflugerville.

Summary
The proposed request is to authorize a renewal of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Public Health Services between the City of Austin through Austin Public Health (APH) and the City of Pflugerville. The proposed agreement does not include any adjustments to the services offered by the agreement and the fee schedule remains as approved previously. Austin Public Health is aware of the concern with the food vendor fee and has identified they are working on a revised fee, however the amount or timing for when the agreement may be established is still to be determined.
