Summary

The public water easement is needed for the installation of a water meter necessary for the development of the Shops at 685, Pad 3 project on Lot 3, Block 1 of the plat of Shops at 685, Phase 1 subdivision located southwest of the intersection of FM 685 and Town Center Dr.  Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County.  The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
