Summary
The City is amending Chapter 72 of our Code of Ordinances specifically relating to speed limits on city streets by adding new streets with posted speed limits other than the prima facie speed of 30mph. This action updates our ordinance to be in compliance with state law in order to enforce speed limits on city streets.

Becker Farm Rd - 25 mph
Colorado Sand Dr. - 35 mph
Helios - 35 mph
Lone Star Ranch Blvd - 35 mph
Pecan Street East - 50 mph
Sunlight Near Way - 35 mph
