Title
Approving an agreement with MWM Design Group in the amount of $30,653.94 for professional engineering services associated with preliminary engineering and public involvement for the 2014 General Obligation Mansions at Stone Hill Park Development Project and authorizing the City Manager to execute the agreement.

Summary
The project scope will include preliminary design including a preliminary engineer’s opinion of most probable construction cost for 2014 General Obligation Mansions at Stone Hill Park Development Project. Preliminary engineering design will identify all constraints to the site related to topographic features, drainage issues, environmental issues and costs related to all elements previously identified in the Parks Master Plan. Upon completion of preliminary engineering, an open house will be held for citizens identifying the exact elements that will be included in the park design as well as a breakdown of why certain elements could not be accommodated. Once all preliminary engineering and public outreach is complete, a supplemental design agreement will be executed with MWM Design Group for final design and construction phase services for the park. It is anticipated that the overall design services will exceed a total of $50,000, therefore the preliminary engineering contract is being brought before City Council for action. City of Pflugerville citizens voted funding for design and construction of this project as part of the November 2014 General Bond Election.
