Mayor Victor Gonzales is presenting a proclamation to declare February 2024 as Spay and Neuter Awareness month in Pflugerville. Last year, 70% of dogs and 80% of cats that came to Pflugerville Animal Welfare Service's (PAWS) shelter were unaltered. Spaying and neutering your pets not only controls the pet population,but it also helps with your pet’s overall health. PAWS encourages you to spay and neuter your animals.
