Summary
The City Charter provides that the Mayor, with advice and consent of the City Council, shall appoint not less than five individuals to serve on the Personnel Appeal Board for up to three years. Mayor Victor Gonzales recommends the appointment of Doris Williams, Terry Knighton, Shelley Helyer, and Danielle Williams at this time. No additional applications were received. The Personnel Appeal Board requires a minimum of five members. No maximum number of members is provided in the City Charter. The terms of Personnel Appeal Board Members Doris Williams and Mark Lee are expiring this year. Personnel Appeal Board members with continuing terms are Bruce Tabor, Lorena DeZeeuw and Elizabeth Montoya. Applications for Doris Williams, Terry Knighton, Shelley Helyer and Danielle Williams will be provided to the City Council separate from the agenda.
