Summary
This ordinance is to authorize the City Manager to execute an easement between the City of Pflugerville and Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC, as a part of the Public Works Complex project. This easement is necessary to allow Oncor to provide power on City property that will serve the Public Works Complex project.
The City Charter, Section 3.14., requires an ordinance to convey or lease or authorize the conveyance or lease of any city land.
This item meets the goals established for the Public Works Complex and supports Pillar 3 - Community Amenities and Events and Pillar 4 - Residential and Node Development of the 2026-2030 Strategic Plan.
