Discuss and consider action to approve an agreement between the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC) and the City of Pflugerville regarding administrative and support services.

· Robust data protection with multi-layered backups, disaster recovery capabilities, and continuous data integrity monitoring.
· Centralized device and account management including inventory tracking, automated updates, and secure onboarding/offboarding processes.
· Integrated support from local IT staff familiar with City operations.
· Reduced redundancy by consolidating email, file storage, and software licensing into the City’s secure, unified platforms.
· Improved collaboration by ensuring City and Pflugerville Community Development Corporation staff use the same software systems, enabling faster, easier information sharing and more seamless joint work.
Utilizing standardized City devices and infrastructure will unify operations, align security protocols, and provide PCDC with the same trusted systems and safeguards used by all City departments. The City’s established technology resources and skilled IT staff are prepared to facilitate a smooth, secure migrati...
