Discuss and consider action to approve the Executive Director to enter into an agreement with DCS Engineering not to exceed $129, 712 for the purpose of construction administration, construction management, and material testing of Helios Way Right-in & Right-out Driveway Project.
Summary
This construction administration/management, and material testing agreement is the next step in the Helios Right-in/Right-out project. When the final bid is selected for construction, it will be brought to the Board for approval in the coming months, and then forwarded to City Council for final approval.
Prior Action:
The PCDC Board has previously approved the Helios Way Right-in & Right-out Driveway project and budgeted this item.
