Councilmember Marsh has requested that an item be included on the agenda to discuss the possibility of holding a memorial service on September 11, 2011 at the Fallen Warrior Memorial in Pluger Park. This year will mark the 10th anniversary of the terrorist attack on September 11, 2001. This item has been included on the agenda to allow for discussion and potential action on this item.
