Summary
During the fiscal year it becomes necessary to amend the approved budget to allow for expenditures and revenues that were not originally approved. Unless a particular situation requires more immediate action, budget amendments are approved on a quarterly basis. Attached is a summary of the proposed budget amendments for the fourth quarter which includes the purpose of the amendment proposal, the amounts, and the line items affected.
Prior City Council Action
The fiscal year 2014 budget was approved on September 24, 2013. This is the fifth and final amendment to the fiscal year 2014 budget.
This ordinance was approved on first reading on December 9, 2014.
