This item has been included on the worksession and regular meeting agendas to provide an opportunity for the City Council to provide input about the Athletic Complex and Randig Tract Feasibility Study and Lake Pflugerville Master Plan Projects.
Status
The City entered into a professional services agreement with Halff Associates in August 2012 to prepare an Athletic Complex and Randig Tract Feasibility Study. In February 2013, the original contract was amended to include a Lake Pflugerville Master Plan. Halff Associates staff met with City staff to discuss this project earlier this summer. There was a presentation to the Parks & Recreation Commission in October. This worksession allows the City Council to review the Draft Athletic Complex Feasibility Report, Lake Pflugerville Concepts and to briefly discuss the Randig Tract with City staff and the consultant.
