Title

Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Drainage Easement Agreement with KB3, LLC and the City of Pflugerville for the necessary roadway and drainage construction associated with the Heatherwilde Boulevard Capital Improvement Project.

Summary

In affiliation with the Heatherwilde Capital Improvement Project, a drainage easement is needed for roadway embankment for the widening of Heatherwilde Boulevard as well as conveyance of upstream flows.  Staff has worked directly with the landowner on coordination of the project improvements and the language of the easement agreement.

Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easements and subsequently record them with Travis County.  The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
