Authorizing the City Manager to execute a Public Wastewater Easement Agreement with KS Capital LTD and the City of Pflugerville for the lift station associated with the Verona Section 1 project.
Summary
The wastewater easement is required for the construction of a lift station to support the Verona subdivision development as well as the existing Reserve at West Creek development. The existing lift station locally known as the Eagle Point lift station, currently serving the Reserve at West Creek subdivision, will be taken offline and all existing flows from the Reserve at West Creek will be routed to the proposed lift station.
Approval of this item authorizes the City Manager to execute the easement and subsequently record it with Travis County. The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the language of the easement agreement.
