Summary
At their meeting on September 27, 2011, the Board of Directors of the Falcon Point TIRZ voted unanimously to engage the services of Denton, Navarro, Rocha & Bernal P.C. to serve as the interim TIRZ attorney. All agreements of the TIRZ require City Council approval. An item for consideration of approval has been included on the October 11, 2011 regular meeting agenda. Please find the engagement letter attached. An agreement between the City of Pflugerville and Reinvestment Zone No. One (Falcon Pointe TIRZ) is expected to come before the City Council for consideration at their October 25, 2011, regular meeting to provide for the City to pay for legal services for the TIRZ and for the City to be reimbursed by the TIRZ.
