Summary
After PCDC Board acceptance, the reports will be forwarded to the City Council for presentation per the By-laws: "on a quarterly basis, the Executive Director or designee, shall present a financial update for the current fiscal year to the City Council at a regularly scheduled City Council meeting."

The PCDC Board reviews and accepts all quarterly financial reports prior to submission to the City Council.
