Summary
Councilmember Ceasar Ruiz serves as Pflugerville's representative to the Central Texas Clean Air Coalition (CAC) of the Capital Area Council of Governments (CAPCOG) with any councilmember or staff able to serve as an alternate.
The bylaws of the CAPCOG Clean Air Coalition indicate that the terms of the City's representative terminate on December 31 of odd years. Therefore, action is required this year. The attached draft resolution has been provided to allow the City Council to appoint the City's representative. A copy of the coalition's by-laws is also attached.
The Clean Air Coalition meets at a time, date and place specified by the coalition chair.
