Approving a resolution in support of the Travis County sponsored applications to the of Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO) 2028 - 2031 Call for Projects and authorize the City Manager to execute the same.

Summary

Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO) issued a call for projects in October 2025 for eligible sponsors to apply for federal funding assistance through the Surface Transportation Block Grant (STBG), the Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside (TASA), and the Carbon Reduction Program (CRP) funding programs. Travis County will sponsor and provide the local match for the Wells Branch Parkway Phase IV, Immanuel Road, and East Pflugerville Parkway (Jesse Bohls Road from Avalar Lane to FM973) Corridor Plans, all of which are within are partially located in Pflugerville city limits, or immediately adjacent.  If any of the corridor plans are successful, Travis County will be responsible for all non-reimbursable costs and 100% of the overruns, if any.

This item supports the Strategic Plan 2026-2030 Goal for Mobility Infrastructure and Connectivity.
