Summary
In January 2012, The City of Baytown received bids for outsourcing of Utility billing statement production and processing. The City of Baytown awarded a one- year contract with successive one-year renewal periods to DataProse, Inc. and allowing other municipalities to utilize the existing contract.
On February 23, 2021, City Council approved a contract renewal with DataProse, Inc. to utilize the interlocal agreement with the City of Baytown.
This current approval will allow the City of Pflugerville to continue to make purchases from DataProse, Inc. for statement production and processing services in an estimated amount not too exceed $95,000.00.
Staff is in contact with the City of Baytown to remain informed of the contract status.
