Summary
The schedule for this annexation is attached. The public hearings are proposed for January 12, 2016 and January 16, 2016. First reading of the annexation ordinance is scheduled for February 9, 2016.
The proposed annexation is a voluntary request by CE Development Inc., to incorporate 443.692 acres into the corporate limits of the City of Pflugerville. The proposed property is within a future in-city Municipal Utility District (MUD) as established by the MUD Consent for Carmel MUD #23 by Council in October 2015. Adoption of the attached resolution would establish the schedule for the annexation of the 443.692 acres shown in the attachments.
Prior City Council Action
The City Council approved a development agreement related to the subject property on October 13, 2015.
Deadline for City Council Action
December 8, 2015 in order to follow the proposed schedule.
Projected Future City Council Action
Public hearings will be scheduled for January 12 and January 16, 2016.
